All my apps that are using Google fonts are showing now only default fonts.

Yes seeing the same behaviour today on some PWAs (but not all) and a new Android build
Having the same issue om my side as well. Already reported it. Should be sorted soon tho!

Just to conclude! Issue was resolved within a day!
