Android performance issues

Hi

I launched my app “hey” on 11th Sep '21. There is consistent feedback from users that the Android version got issues as below

  1. Try to login, app is closing automatically
  2. Screen switching taking 15-20 seconds
  3. uploaded photos are not visible

Is this expected? any way we can improve the performance?
