That is also a solution, but I thought you wanted to avoid other tools . I suggested something similar here but with user ID, but works for records also:

So in that case: Watch records is the Screening tests collection In get a record you can use the Users collection [image] Then between Get a Record and Google sheet, set the User ID filter [image] And in Google Sheet in Get a record, remember the Record Id is the User ID you picked up from Collection users, but in Watch records, User ID is the “Symptom Free->User[]” that comes from the collection relationship. [image] . Hope not too confusing.

Webhooks is great addition though, you can “mock” any additional to trigger the process. “Watch records” is more limited.
