I have a case where App Bar appears normally at the beginning when I start my app (Home page), but when I visit a certain page and come back to the Home page the bar starts blinking (disappears then appears) depending on scrolling!
I noticed that this only happens when visiting certain pages and come back to Home screen, not with every page I visit.
Any one had similar experience?

Can you send a screen recording of this? Have you tried removing the app bar and re-adding it?
