Audio player is not auto playing

Hi Guys,

Even though I have set auto play to true at the audio player component, it’s not auto playing. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it’s not working. Please help. I am testing my app in preview.

Could you share a recording of the behaviour? What is the video file url? Is it stored in the Adalo dB or stored in another dB?

Thanks for replying. The file is stored in Adalo db as a file. If I click the play button , the music is playing but the problem is the auto play. I have toggle on the auto play at the audio player but it’s not auto playing most of the time, but I have seen it auto plays twice . The audio player is at the Home /welcome Screen . I need to auto play a short music when the user opens the app.

I’ve had a similar experience with autoplay on mobile – the audio will automatically play periodically, but not reliably. In the cases in which it does not, the media seems to load fine, but the player will not start consistently. It would be awesome if someone knew of a solution.
