Also, will it be possible to play external MP3 files (with a direct link to it stored in a collection)? A great feature to have would be to add custom time stamps to the player, e.g. adding #t=00:02:12 to it (maybe also stored in a collection) which would start an MP3 file at 2 minutes and 12 seconds.

This is great news! A full-featured audio player is essential for one of the projects I’ve been planning. I’d like to second Jean Hoffman suggestions; it would be ideal if it could play MP3s from external sources such as S3 buckets (for faster delivery). It would also be great if we could optionally include waveform displays (like Soundcloud does) to allow visitors to jump to specific spots in the file. Cheers!

On Glide, audio automatically turns off when the screen is minimized. Will Adalo’s Audio Player allow for sounds to continue playing even if app/web is minimized?

Hey Ben Haefele, I (and many others here) would appreciate an estimate on this feature? Now it is another month later and still no update on any Audio-Player feature/component. When can we expect to have this or at least start trying it out as a beta feature, please?
