This is already a thing, admin side uses qr code reader you can find at components.adalomatic.com for 25$ and whatever the qr data is you can make it change a input then make actions, and use magic text with a qr code generator.

I wanted to say I encountered this problem in the past I think.
I needed a way to generate certains types of QR Codes for delivery processing and was a bit disappointed by the solutions already in the market.
