That would be v useful indeed!
Hey @adalojosh,
I have a quick question. Iâm trying to customize three different button states, but none of them seem to apply to a âhover effect.â When I enable the hover effect toggle, I donât see any additional customization options, and the hover effect itself just adds a darker overlay on top of the buttonâs original state.
Is this the intended behavior of the âHover Effectâ feature, or am I missing other configuration options to customize the hover state further?
Yeah we snuck in hovers as a part of the bigger buttons update and decided to make it as simple as possible for now. The effect is entirely automatic. If we hear lots of requests for setting the colors we can revisit it! Maybe submit the idea on ideas.adalo.com and see if it gets some upvotes.
Do form buttons also have this hover effect option? Canât seem to find it.
@adalojosh Please this, they wont be anything we wouldnât be able to build with this : The New table component is great, however, it would be super powerful if :
- It had a built-in search
- It allows column to change colors based on certain conditions we set, status, text, numbers etc
- Built-in Sort by and Filter-by
These 3 simple things would make the Table component a much-needed tool to rival anything out there, code or nocode, PLEASE
How it looks like now
How it could hopefully look like
Follow and unfollow now requires one button made life a lot easier i tell you
Thanks, @adalojosh . To be honest, thatâs quite disappointing. You canât really call that a hover state if itâs not customizable. Now, imagine being an Adalo user for about four years, waiting for one of the most basic web interactions, a feature thatâs been available in no-code platforms since, what, Microsoft FrontPage? Itâs extremely frustrating.
@adalojosh How can I get these buttons in to a horizontal list? so it can scroll and functions as a selector, for example for a category list.
@adalojosh please also add states to icons!
i have so many status icons with multiple states and always have to fit them below each other ⌠also with the responsive view they always jump around when the state is changed.
Hello @silentdrummer I created a component like this, and itâs available in the Adalo Marketplace.
