Custom component not showing in web app, or preview

I have attempted to recreate the Enter Text input component by James Agib, as I don’t have money to spend on it in the marketplace. But for some odd reason, the component isn’t showing in the web app or previewer but it shows in the editor.

Everything here i have followed but i am still confused on why it isn’t working. I’ll try to run some fixes tonight.
