I’m lucky enough to be working with dual 27" monitors but working late means all that light is killing my ability to sleep! Any chance to have toggle so that you have the UI white on black/grey?

Yessss! Late nights make the screen glare difficult. Someone else mentioned about using a browser extension, but then it changes the colors of the app screens too, which impacts the design aspect.
A black background with a black top & side nav bars would be ideal.
You can use the ‘inspect’ mode on your browser to change the bg colour in css.
