It would be great to be able to access the users location in order to filter for location specific content. For example local events or classes etc..

Yes I have a tourism “near me” solution that could happen if this was implemented. For another project, it would be good to capture the location of the driver to notify the store of the location. So an automated get location would trigger every 30 secs and update the driver location field.
Just to say I’ve found a pretty good solution for “Near Me” that may work for some. In my case I require my users to enter a postcode when they register and then use a zapier link to google maps’s geolocation service to return coordinates. That allows me to triangulate rough distances between users. In fact the slight inaccuracy reduces privacy risks.

I truly wonder when will this feature come available. We developed app for restaurants but it’s limiting our ability to expand due to this feature not being available. Any updates? I know you guys said a few months but just curious if anything has changed
