Error 503 service temporarily unavailable

Hello. I am experiencing some trouble when trying to access my published app.

It was working perfectly last night, but when I tried to access it this morning it shows a blank screen with message 503 service temporarily unavailable.

How can I know if this error is from Adalo’s server side or specific to my app… are your apps working?

Thank you!

Ale

Hi Ale, a 503 error usually means Adalo’s servers are temporarily down or under maintenance. You can check if other Adalo apps show the same message if they do, it’s a platform issue. If only yours is affected, try republishing or clearing your cache. It should be resolved soon.

Hi @A.Castillo & @Tola,

Welcome to the community!

Let’s keep the discussion of this matter in an one thread to keep on track of the updates and to avoid duplicate threads :raising_hands: : The app is not working

"The recent service interruption caused by the AWS outage looks to be fully resolved, and Adalo is back up and running as expected.

If you’re still noticing any unusual behavior, try refreshing your app or pushing a new build and reach out to support if you encounter any additional issues. : Right Desk

We’re currently seeing build and platform performance issues related to an ongoing LaunchDarkly outage, which is still being impacted by the wider AWS service interruption. While our build servers are operational again, processes that rely on LaunchDarkly are still affected, resulting in stuck or failed builds.

We’re monitoring LaunchDarkly’s recovery closely and will update here as soon as the upstream issue is resolved.

Additionally, please note that Apple recently introduced a new Developer Agreement that may cause builds to fail until it’s accepted. If you encounter build errors, log in to your Apple Developer account and accept the updated agreement before retrying.

We’ll continue to post updates here as more information becomes available."

EDIT : " The recent service interruption has been fully resolved.

The issue stemmed from an outage with LaunchDarkly, which was impacted by the wider AWS disruption yesterday. Once AWS and LaunchDarkly services stabilized, Adalo’s systems automatically recovered. After monitoring for a few hours, the team has confirmed that all build processes are now running normally.

If you continue to experience issues, please try restarting your build or clearing your browser cache and refreshing your app.

Additional Note: Apple recently introduced a new Developer Agreement that may prevent you from pushing a new iOS build until it’s accepted. To prevent this, log in to your Apple Developer Account and accept the updated agreement before pushing a new build."
