I’ve got a question regarding 2 locations that users created on my app that are located in France.

I’ve got another one like that. Is it a bug ?

@adelineandrx it is up to a user what location to select. When I go to regular Google Maps in my browser and start to type in the address, this is what I get:
It is just the way Google Maps work.

Hello Victor,
The address in France is the right one but why it appears to be in the US on the second screenshot ?
@adelineandrx it is not possible give a definitive answer based on your screenshot. I can see 3 possible options:
Just in case, there is a place called “Carbone” in the US. If you open Google Maps in your browser and search for the name, “Carbone New York” is the first result (at least in my case). So one of the possible options are that a user stored the place in NY in the database, but there is some 2nd field in the DB where the address is stored; and the data is inconsistent in these 2 fields. But this is just a hypothesis as I have absolutely no information how the DB is structured, how places are searched and added, how are they displayed, etc.
One of the possible ways to debug such issues is to try replicating them, e.g. adding the place by yourself and tracking step-by-step what’s happening in the DB.
Best,
Victor.
