The tester was able to create an account. But not login into their existing account and the password reset didn’t work. Did we miss something to make sure it works always?
Was the user created successfully in the database?
Yes but password didnt work. Same when I tried.
We started clearing test accounts so this account isnt there anymore.
If the user is not there anymore, you won’t be able to reset a password. Or am I missing something?
