In the last 24 hours, this list has been loading slowly. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have this issue. My horizontal list is slow to load and, when clicked, no longer changes fields for logged in user.
submitted. I rebuilt the horizontal but ended up with drop down Default Value problems. Thx
