Create a new property, select number 
it won’t let me it’s locked
The defaul name property cannot be changed in type. You have to create a new numeric property under that collection
Don’t bother about the default property, create a number property and you’re good to go
If you mean put the number property to top then create a number property and drag that created number property to top and the default Name property will come down and you can delete that Name property.
