How to do Chip bottom nav?

Hello,

On this video by Adalo : #TwoMinuteTuesday | Navigation - YouTube

It shows a few options of navigation bars. I’m really interested at the last one “chip” bottom nav. (timestamp 2:12)

Don;t know how to do it, if anyone is kind enough to guide me.
