Has anyone tried to implement an integration with qr-code tiger? If so, is it any good? And is it hard to set up?

I’m not really sure how to integrate that. But there’s a QR Code Generator component, it’s in the marketplace!
I need to send QR code via sms. I have not been able to do that with the existing components in Adalo

In regards to your question: what exactly would you like to achieve? Here https://www.qrcode-tiger.com/sms-qr-code there is an explanation how to generate a QR code which will invoke the SMS message dialog on your phone.
If you visit any QR code generator (e.g. https://goqr.me/), enter the values like
smsto:15005005555:This is a test SMS
to the field and scan generated code, your phone will open messaging app with an SMS text.
So in Adalo you can use QR code generator component (not sure which one though, one of them doesn’t work in native apps 
) and have a QR code which lead a user to send SMS.
Or you need something else?

What I need is to send the actual QR code as an image in a sms. I want to generate custom QR codes and send them to the users. The QR code should contain a 9 digit number that is used as a token to log in and recognize the user.
But as I dig deeper it seems that it´s not possible to send QR codes s as image in a sms
