Is there a way to set the time element for a Date/Time field to start the time later than 12:00am so that the user does not have to start at 12:00am each time?

Is it possible to only show weekday dates vs. all dates?
Yes, there is. In the drop down selection for Default Date for the Date & Time picker, select “Current Time”
This will yield the current time instead of 12:00am.
Thank you very much for your reply. I saw that. But, what I am really wanting is a range of times between a start time and end time vs. the current time.
