I think that’s real but the thing I’m not sure is that, I belive that it’s for the users who use the free plan and for paid plan users it’s automatically done by Adalo.

We have started automatically hibernating all databases inactive for ~1.5 years for both Paid and Free makers. If you need this database, opening your application is enough to trigger the wake-up process and your database will be as you had it before.
