Update the current Adalo form to support many-to-many relationships. Currently, while it is possible to build a list with toggle or radio-style buttons, it becomes problematic when creating a new record and selecting multiple options simultaneously. For instance, if an admin wants to create a new user role, they should be able to add a title for the role and then checkmark each permission the role should have. The current method requires creating the role first and then adding permissions, which is cumbersome. It would be much more efficient if the form allowed admins to type in the box and directly select multiple security roles. This update would greatly enhance the Adalo system’s efficiency and significantly reduce the time creators spend building custom solutions for basic tasks like managing many-to-many relationships. I have attached a photo showing how I envision this update to improve Adalo’s functionality. All we really want is to bring the current backend functionality fro many to many relationships to the front end to be able to have the same success. Please help upvote this idea if you think its has any value please and thank you.
This has been a problem from the beginning and I fully support this. Just now I am building an app for a home owners association and owners can have multiple flats and flats can have multiple owners and the setup of this becomes cumbersome.
