Lost My Account!

I’ve been using Adalo for a year and a half now, I also have a valid subscription for more than a year.
Suddenly, I can’t log in to my account anymore, and it says
my email doesn’t exist!
Also, my apps are lost, they say “Not Found”!
How is this even possible? This is destroying my life please help!
I’ve always trusted Adalo, do you know what this means? to lose everything?
I will be attaching some pictures that might help.

I’ve recieved this email from Adalo. Yet this is not the email I’ve been using until 2 days ago to log in!
I don’t know anything about this email!

Received an email from Adalo support saying this “'We’re looking into this and will get back to you soon.”
How is it even possible that my account got linked to another email address without any confirmation from my side!!!
Are our accounts and apps really exposed like that?
