Multi-line property is not working in text

Even though I had selected multiline, Text is not shifting in the next line.

Hi, I believe that’s because there are no spaces in your text. We don’t currently support hyphenation, and because you have entered text that is essentially just one very long word, it is not breaking onto multiple lines. If you enter spaces or punctuation in your text, it should break properly.
