No option to Generate new Private Key in Firebase

Hey guys!

I urgently need your help. Seems like i cant get to generate a new private key in firebase. As soon as I enter service accounts the option is there for a second then disappears.

Been using this method for 2 years now and never had this issue. PLEASE HELP! U need to deliver product to client.
