Yes this is possible using deeplinking which is possible in an Adalo app.
First, you have to consider using a website which provide you with a custom email template via api; i’d recommend abracadalo.com then you use a deep link component for adalo search for it (use the old version), then create your own api to redirect to the deep linked and add the api url to the email.
