I would advise to contact Adalo support, as they may be able to view logs, examine what’s happening and help faster in this case: Right Desk

Hi James,
He has entered the app specific password name instead the password but after re-correcting that did not fixed the issue. According to this discussion changed the Apple password and regenerated a new app specific password and that fixed the issue! That apple password was created on 2013 and I guess it was due to oldness.

During this time, i’ve seen that Dilon is here, enough free to help people about the problems that we have, he helped me very quickly so… why not thanks him (with a gift or something) about all of what he did until now and for everybody?
It’s just an idea that i give you like that but i really think that he really deserve that or maybe, i don’t know but, join your team to help the support until to manage to have an answer in less than 5min could really help everybody a lot i think. The branding of Adalo too.
