And I have seen some topics created for this issue and Victor said :

Hi @nariken @Juicelez, I’ve seen this once, this was related to browser default language. In my case it didn’t work when I put Arabic as default language. I guess the only thing you can do is to change the language to English. And of course it is a good idea to submit a ticket as @Flawless mentioned. Best, Victor.
