Publish new build in google play console

Hallo,

publishing a new build in the play console for testing intern is not working.
Don’t know what to do.
Always appears the notice: Your APK or Android App Bundle is using permissions that require a privacy policy: (android.permission.CAMERA).
With the first build it worked. Just with the new one the problem appears.

Besides I created a new draft hoping that will fix the Problem. It does not and now I would like to know who to delete this redundant Draft.

Thank you. I had the app deleted and reinstalled everything at Firebase. Now it works again.
