Question Mark Character Bug?

Hey everyone. Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. Would love your advice:

  1. I have a record with a text field that includes a “?”
  2. I have a page that shows a list of these records with the filter, record title = current record Title
  3. No record appears on this page
  4. I remove the question mark, record appears.
