Stripe payment links — how to trigger an action?

Hi there! As I understand Stripe component is still not compliant with European regulation and therefor I’m thinking about using payment links instead. Is there any solutions to trigger an action or a record update within the Adalo database?
Or does anyone know another working solution for a PWA version compliant with European regulation?
