SUM of Worktime of employee

Hello Everyone,

im building a app for managers, where the managers put in the workers times.

Now i want to make a dashboard where the manager can see the workers Worktime in SUM.

I want to pick a month and the list shows me how much time he worked on that month.

2nd Question - How can i make 00:30 (Time) to 0,5 and 01:00 (Time) to 1

For the first one, could you share your current setup with some screenshots or from a video and explain a bit?

For the second one, could you explain a bit more? Why you need like that?
