Unable to turn off Created with Adalo Banner

Hi

I have built a web app, I am unable to turn off created with adalo banner on the production link.

I changed the toggle multiple times in settings, checked on multiple devices. Its not working.

It is on a custom domain.

Suprisingly, for other apps in my account which are not production, this toggle is working. Created with Adalo is not displayed if I switch it off.

Is this something I can resolve on my own? Or should I create a ticket?
