Is it a new domain or recently changed DNS?
The certificates have probably not been resolved yet. Give it an hour or few hours.
It is a new domain, I always buy in namecheap, it is already loaded in adalo as a new domain, I just linked it with the app … then I wait a while to see what happens. Thanks collin
