Update Data Base Problem

Im bigginer in Adalo coding, i have problem, i was making part of an app thats creating and updating Data Base, after 2 screens i lost option to update Data base i want to update, anyone can help me

Welcome to the community

Seems like the Current Data is missing in that screen. If it is possible can you add a video showing it?
