Would be very cool to have a different UI for the date picker, a UI like this (image attached).

It would be great if date picker on desktop allowed you to move forward / backward by year as well as by month. Some of the dates I’d like users to enter are well into the future - e.g. 3-5 years away. Would save endless clicking.
