My project is 80% done and there are 3 main elements I’m unable to create and I’ve been stuck for 5 months now 
The first one is a document viewer, I could pay anyone to create a document viewer component
Secondly, a video preview component
And lastly, a payment getaway which will enable users to subscribe monthly to my app.
If anyone has an idea on how I could achieve all this, I’d gladly pay

You can use the web-view component and it works for some document types. Or the external link action which can be found when adding a new action > Link > Website in the bottom. I remember cosmith.io (@gskachkov) have a document viewer which can be used too. What type of documents are we talking here?
You can use the Adalo’s video component.
