User buying shared features

This is another question regarding in-app purchases.

Let’s say we have a listing service where you can create a listing for a store location, but allow multiple users to be admins for that store listing.

For the store listings, there are multiple tiers, from free to paid. If you upgrade that listing, you’re not upgrading the user, just the listing. And that higher tier can be enjoyed by whoever else is an admin on that listing. And the user can manage multiple listings, some free, and some at paid tiers.

Is in-app-purchasing the right thing for this? From what I’ve read, IAP let’s a user unlock features. But if I do it the way I described above, then multiple users can benefit from the one purchase.
