Pragmaflow created a component called Audio Recorder. But Steven said for now it only works in web.

Microphone Recorder Component

Yet another component being released to our marketplace. This one allows recording microphone audio. Sadly the Native version is not working yet, it will be fixed up soon and I will post back here when it is. I hope someone finds value in this component!
