I pay membership fee to adalo every month and my app is live
When I stop paying, will my app continue to run?
what harm does it do to me?

It will continue to run, but you won’t be able to submit updates, and you will reverse back to the free limits in terms of database capacity.

Also, if you have custom actions, those will stop working. Custom actions are for paid plans.
