3 toggles turn on when I press 1

I have a screen with 3 toggles under each other.
To mark if something needs to be ordered, invoiced or communicated.

In the settings it seems to have been set up correctly (see screencast).
in the database it saves correctly when you select 1 or 2 or deselect.
However on the front-end, when you toggle 1 on, they are all toggled on (but they are not saved as such). Does someone know why & how to prevent this?

Same thing happens on mine. I think it’s just a bug as the database works correctly. Worth submitting a ticket showing what happens
