Action cannot be completed - 403 Forbiddeт DB

Suddenly there was a problem:
When interacting with an Action, an error “Action cannot be completed” occurs on the main authorization screen.

Does this happen in the “Staging preview” mode or in “Share app” mode?
Did you check if you have enough actions left (App builder → top right account icon → Settings → Usage & Billing)?
