Adalo internal create notification. Cannot link to current user

Hi Guys,

I’m super frustrated at the moment I’m trying to set up my notification page that displays the notifications in adalo. when i try to create my notification I cannot get the “current user” selection in my notification recipient selector any ideas? therefore the notification data does not reach the recipient. see my notification collection and my create notification screen below

my app has grown quite large and is now difficult to find any issues i may have.

it must be something to do with “current user” as i have another page that is meant to display Current users items but nothing populates?
