I need to provide an invoice or billing receipt for our monthly charges however I don’t see where I can access or download. Surely there’s an option for this as most companies require this for accounting and record keeping.
Yes, this is imperative. I just signed up for a pro plan but if I cannot get an invoice I’ll have to cancel right away. Thanks for the help!
Just following up here. I found another forum post where they were instructed to submit a support ticket. The support team followed up and forwarded invoices from their payment processor. They aren’t available for download through the customer portal but they’re working on it. For now, just submit a ticket to support. Thanks Support Team!
