Since last couple of hours users are not able to add or update any data to app, every time they hit sumbit button all it shows is internal server error what can be done to resolve it ?
This problem started after i published my app. Anyone else ever faced it before or currently facing please help
Hi @Teja in this thread and the other your are talking in the plural (users) as if you are aware of a widespread outage. We can confirm there is not any sort of outage, and have not received any support tickets indicating otherwise. As you can see on our status page, all systems are operational: https://status.adalo.com/.
We have also in the last few minutes reviewed your account and app, and are unable to reproduce any type of error in both the builder and the previewer. If you continue to receive an internal server error, please take a screenshot and write a short description of the problem you are encountering and email it to our support team via https://info.adalo.com/submit-a-support-ticket.
