While there is a decent selection of free tutorials, I signed up for a paid plan at Nocode HQ about a month ago and have been very pleased with the tutorial topics, production quality and how often new content is released. And Adalo is only one of the Nocode tools used in the tutorials… Bubble, Carrd, Glide, Boundless and at least a dozen more.
Finally, Noel has a very good grasp of using each app, thoroughly explains what he is doing and speaks clearly and concisely. The only criticism I had early on was that Noel develops at a pretty brisk clip and as a new user I was having to stop and rewind a lot while I figured out where everything was, but this has more to do with me being a old fart and less to do with NocodeHQ.
My daughter is exactly the same way.
