Will adalo be switching over to .aab(Android app bundle) instead of .Apk for app size and speed?
Is there a way I can convert it with downloaded adalo apk?

Yep! There have been some discussions about this internally already, so we are working towards making this change. Old apps will still be able to use .apk, but any new apps will require the new .aab file type.
We will investigate the benefits of converting all apps to .aab, but that will come at a later point.
