App creating (plans)

Hello guys,

I’m fairly new to Adalo and I’m curious if I can create my app without any plan using the geolocation functionality and only purchase the Professional plan for publication?

Do I need to have a Professional plan purchased for the entire period of app development to use the geolocation functionality.
