Auto Logout when user signs in on another device

I am developing a critical app wherein I want that the user should be logged into only one device at a time. That is, say if a user is signed into mobile phone A, then if the user tries to sign into mobile phone B then he should be logged out of mobile phone A and should be logged into mobile phone A

Is it possible ?
