Detecting Phone name or device ID with adalify

Hello,
I want to prevent users for using multiple login into one account. I think the easiest way to achieve that is by identifying user phone name or device ID, so there wont be any problem.

Can i achieve that with adalify?
In API documentation there is none information about data that can be get from phone user.

The only way to have this done is by having a custom component that can detect the local device info.
