Being able to edit the "Ask mobile users to add to Home Screen" function to our liking

It would be great if we could edit it because, for example, it’s in English, and not all users in all countries speak English. It doesn’t have a logo, and people don’t understand what it means to pin it to the home screen… but it would be great if we could set the title we want in the language we want, and also be able to change the title of the button, for example, “Install,” and add the app icon because right now nothing appears.

This feature is essential because PWAs are more powerful and perform better than native apps!

Or it would also be great if it had a function like notifications or location… so we could configure it on the screens!

More design control over more parts of the app, including the loading screen.

@C3PO, could you give more information on what you requested? What @Santiago requested here is to be able to edit the add to home screen popup which can be enabled & disabled in the web publish area (screenshot attached) but looks like your request might be fallen under few different requests.

Thank you and have a great day!

  1. Re: what you have shown. Good to know that switch is there.
  2. Customizing the initial loading screen. It currently just shows a logo, without customization. This is the least of my worries. It does “cheapen” the look. (In my opinion)
  3. It is impossible to stylize a (outlined) button with a stroke of 2+ (unless maybe you use code). This means, if you make buttons with rectangles, and buttons with “buttons”, and forms…etc. It is, unless confined, impossible to make button styles consistent across screens. –so, I am surprised by this limitation, given Adalo’s maturity, and the price. Basic stuff. Thanks. As always, I am sure it’s being worked on. No need to reply. Make Adalo awesome ASAP.
